About Me
I have over 20 years of experience in both NHS and private settings, working across a broad spectrum of challenges, including adult mental health, trauma, brain injury rehabilitation, addictions, psychiatric services, suicide prevention, and childcare. My approach is rooted in the belief that true change begins with the basics—providing safety, clarity, and understanding as the foundation for meaningful growth.

I am committed to offering a service where people feel deeply heard and understood, creating the conditions for their authentic self to emerge and navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience and clarity. My work is underpinned by an integrative approach, drawing on the shared principles of various therapeutic modalities to ensure that support is both evidence-based and tailored to the individual.

My focus is always on the person, not the problem, and I strive to create a space that fosters insight, confidence, and lasting change. Whether in the context of trauma recovery, mental health support, or consultation with residential childcare services, my aim is always the same: to support people in becoming safer, wiser, and happier in their lives.
